- 1 uncooked beet, chopped
- 1 apple, chopped
- 1 cup of broccoli
- 1 celery stalk, chopped
- Add a piece of fruit for taste, if desired
- 1 cup of water or Aloe Vera juice
- In blender, place beet, apple, broccoli, celery (and fruit).
- Add 1 cup of water or Aloe Vera juice.
- Blend thoroughly.
