Hepatitis C
What is the Conventional Medical Treatment for Hepatitis C?
The current treatment for Hepatitis C is interferon combination therapy or interferon monotherapy. The monotherapy only consists of interferon, while combination therapy combines interferon with ribavarin. These treatments can suppress the virus, but may not eliminate it.
